Learn The Duffy Song Guys

Home - Books in HomesI'm going to read my way around the world

Jump on a dream and go real far

I'm a Duffy kid so I'm a star

And I read about it

And when I tell my story, then I know I'll have the words

And when I tell my story, then I know I will be heard.

Going to read it. Read about it.

I'm a Duffy kid and so proud of it

You can do it. Nothing to it.

I can help you if you want me to.

Parent Resources - Books in HomesIf you want to know what makes things go

If you want to know how the flowers grow

If you want to learn how to be the best you can

You just read about it.

And when I tell my story, then I know I have the words.

And when I tell my story, then I know I will be heard.

Going to read it. Read about it.

I'm a Duffy kid and so proud of it

You can do it. Nothing to it.

  1. Duffy books vision is to inspire a love of books in children so they become adults who inspire a love of reading. Their mission is that they will create and enhance the desire for children to read through book ownership. That they will reach out to an ever-widening range of children and communities. That they will develop programmes to meet the specific needs and aspirations of our diverse communities and continue to develop an interlinked network of people and organisations to collaborate on how to best meet the needs of our students and their communities.

The philosophy behind the DUFFY programme is simple - to break the cycle of 'book-lessness'.
Kids who can't read become adults who can't communicate and that's a serious disadvantage in a world that operates on the written word.
